Support for ordering unit mulitiples

Often items are ordered and billed per "each," but the supplier requires the item be ordered in multiples of X (most often 10, but sometimes 5, 25, or even 50). Cytopoint is a great example of this. When IA calculates a suggested order, however, it's in eaches, rather than the required multiple, and an override is required. It would be nice to have the required multiple as a suggested order, especially if you're being evaluated for compliance with IA's recommendations.
