Have a tab that grabs items with similar names and clumps them together. Then you can choose which ones to merge or hide like your photo app shows your duplicate pictures.

1000 agree. It would be so nice. There are items I know need to be merged like Gabapentin, ET Tubes, Syringes, Needled; but I also know for every 1 I know needs to be merged theres probably 2 more I'm not thinking about that need to be.
