Be able to undo a count or remove the counted checkmark after counting so it can be counted twice in one week

People make mistakes and someone can enter a count for the wrong product early on in the week. On our count day, this item will be dismissed as it is already marked as counted even though it was a mistake

It would be lovely to be able to change a count after it was entered. Mistakes are made & being able to correct them in real time would be ideal.
