Inventory Ally Requests
Some hospitals prefer to keep extra stock just in case. Especially in an ER setting were demand can fluctuate a lot. It would be nice to be able to increase safety stock to carry more than IA suggests. Emmitt is submitting this on behalf of Joe at Coastal Animal Referral Emergency
Yes! I'd particularly like to be able to set a specific quantity (vs. days). There are a number of items that we want to be sure we don't stock out of. A great example is Itrafungol (ringworm medication). Clients are totally grossed out by the idea of ringworm, and while I don't really care if we stock out here and there because we don't use a ton of it, clients simply don't want to wait for medication to be ordered if their pet has ringworm.
