Add a "yearly" order frequency

I feel it would be convenient to add a "Yearly" order frequency. There are quite a few stock items in our clinic that are used infrequently, but we still need to keep a small quantity on hand for when needed. Of course, there's the option to mark the frequency as hidden, but I would like it to still be a mandatory inventory check once a year.

I feel this addition would give the system much greater ease of use, and reduce the chances of over or understocking these rare-use items.
