People make mistakes and someone can enter a count for the wrong product early on in the week. On our count day, this item will be dismissed as it is already marked as counted even though it was a mistake

Product names can be confusing and are always changing. We leave notes with what we call the product in the notes section. It would be nice for those to pop up when we use the search function
